1. How long will you send parts after cutomer making payment?
We'll prepare parts and hand them to international couriers with 3-5 working days after payment received. It'll take around 4-7working days for courier to deliver parts to you.
For big orders or long leadtime parts, we'll make plans and keep customer updated.

2. Except for the brands you mentioned in website, do you also supply other brands parts?
Yes, if the machine brands and their parts are available in China, pls provide enough information, such as part numbers and model no., etc., we'll do our best to source the parts and machines for you.
We are aiming to become your reliable, trustable and supportable supplier in China, and providing you one-stop convenient service and solutions.

3. What are your usual delivering methods?
1) By international courier: this is suitable for small orders or urgent orders which order weight is within 120kgs.
2) By airline company: this is suitable for medium orders which order weight is around or exceed 120kgs.
3) By sea: this is suitable for big orders, machines, orders that not in hurry or parts with big volume which can't be delivered by air.
